1. How long until I receive my jewelry?
    Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time.

    Processing time differs from product to product. Order processing time is 2-4 working days. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours (except Sundays and holidays), while engraved or custom orders may take 3-10 working days.

    *If you have chosen to pay by credit card or PayPal, the confirmation of the order will be carried out in real time on our website.
    *Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number with an email confirmation of the shipment.

    Please note that for international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, war effect, customs delays, adverse weather conditions or an unexpected increase in demand. Please contact our Customer Service Team ( or Courier partner for an update related to your order.

2. Where do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping Fee (12-25 business days)

      The standard shipping is FREE.

  • Express Shipping Fee (6-12 business days)

     You need to pay $5 for Fast Shipping.

   *We provid e Free Standard Shipping worldwide. The standard shipping is FREE. Order under $79, you need to pay $5 for express shipping. While the Order amount if above $79, the express shipping cost will be free.

    *If placing an order on Friday after 1 pm (GMT), your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday). Orders to Remote Areas may be subject to an additional 3 - 7 working days’ delivery time. Terms & Conditions apply.

3. Where can I receive my order?

    It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.). We may also indicate in the product listings that We are unable to ship products to P.O. boxes. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number with an email confirmation of the shipment.

   *Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. But certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered.

4. Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

    No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

5. Can I track my order?

    Sure. In the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.
